How to delete an account?

In order to block an account you have to visit the Personal data section.
Going down the page, you have to confirm blocking of the account, enter the password and indicate the reason for blocking, then you need to confirm the completion of the page blocking. After carrying out all the actions, the user will be notified of the account blocking.
